The Vision

For local property developer Third.i Group, developing the metro’s overstation precinct is a once in a generation opportunity. It’s also a deeply personal journey – working with the local community to contribute a valuable legacy to a place that has given their business so much over the years.

Hume Place represents an opportunity for us to give back to an area that has given us so much and we can’t wait to make it a reality for the community.”

Luke Berry,
Co-founder, Third.i Group
